There are new breakthroughs in the knowledge regarding cancer and treatments. These seem to happen daily.

Inflamation in the body - whether acute or chronic - has an association with both the development progression of cancer. The inflamation is also associated with toxicities and can have an adverse affect on treatments and surivival.

Patients in a recent trial, who had stress and insomnia, were given two 75 Minute yoga sessions a week for 4 weeks. Results show that people doing yoga had signficantly lower pro-inflammatory markers compared to a placebo group.
